Acceptance of these terms

By signing up for a Ping Happens account and using the service, you accept these Terms of Service and obligate yourself to adhere to them at any time.

Permitted use

You may only create monitoring for websites and APIs which you own or for which you have the explicit permission of its owner to use it with this service.

No warranty

Ping Happens provides this service free of charge and without any warranty. Although we aim to provide a reliable service, we cannot provide guarantees of any form (including uptime and performance guarantees) and cannot accept responsibility for any damages created directly or indirectly by using this service.

Suspension and termination

We reserve the right to shut down this service at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to delete/cancel user accounts without prior notice and without giving reasons (e.g. in case of assumed abuse of the service).

Keeping your data safe

We use all the good practices in order to keep all the data provided to us safe. But as a good practice for yourself, we encourage you to create services with the usage of narrow scoped access and avoid the usage of headers or tokens with wide permissions.

Service Limits

Ping Happens is a free service and we reserve the right to limit the number of services, rules, and requests per service. We may also limit the number of requests per IP address or user account to avoid abuse. If you reach these limits, you may be temporarily blocked from creating new services or making requests.
Currently the limits are:

• Maximum 10 services per account
• Maximum 10 rules per service
